Hi there,

I have been having trouble trying to run my A1 click PC  cleaner lately.
When I open up the cleaner, it takes like 5 minutes to collect the old
undo files.  After that is done, I can start to run the PC cleaner but
I am unable to surf the web while I do this because if I do, my computer
freezes and then I have to shut off the computer at that point and start
all over.  Now, I have to close all browsers to run it successfully.  

Also, when PC cleaner if finally finished with its cleaning.  I am able to
remove whatever is there "except" for all the undo files.  So I have tried
to go into the area where I can try to delete these but it takes 5 minutes
again to collect them and then I get an error code saying that the PC
cleaner is unable to open those files to delete them.  

I have an XP and also I think that I don't have the "updated" A1 cleaner
installed.  Would this be my problem?  I would love any suggestions any
one has!

   What A1Click is doing when it starts is deleting the older undo files using No Remains deletion which can take a long time.  The latest version of A1Click has a checkbox in Cleaner Settings under 2 that you can uncheck to not use No Remains deletion.  I think that if you uncheck that checkbox, it will solve your problems.

Hi Ray,

I guess I don't have the latest version because I don't see that box
you explained about.  Is there a way I can get the latest version from
you?
I would sure appreciate it!

   If you have the trial version, just download the trial version from our website.
   If you have the registered version, please see the email that we sent you when you purchased it and follow the instructions there to get A1Click.  If you don't have that email, you can go to the Registered Users section of the A1Click page on our website and get the registered version (select Download Registered Version), have the registration information sent to you (select Send Registration Key), or do a number of other things.
   The version that is on our website is always the most recent.  All updates are free.

I was able to remove the old version and download the new registered
version and it seems to be working very well.  Thanks for all your
help and great support!
