I have the software R-DriveImage (drive-image.com) from r-tt.com which seem to be a great Image-backup program. It generates a emergency boot CD working in Linux. It works fine on all my 3 old WinXP pc's. But on my newest WinXP pc (dual core and SATA hd's) this boot-cd hangs, when the usb area is loaded. I can generate a boot cd, which doesn't load usb, then this boot cd works, but I want to have usb-access to use an external usb-drive. I am a Linux newbe. Any idea, where to look and cure the problem?
