i have a friend who let someone work on her computer,he said he put a lifetime virus protection from his place of employment but i could not find any virus program on there and put one on for her.the page he put on is in  his employent name and is password protected.she does not have the password  and the page says that anyone who enters that site can be prosecuted  unless they have permission. .he can access her computer from his home or anywhere.is there a way to remove that page without clearing out the computer and reformatting?

What a silly friend.

If you know his place of employment you should contact them and tell them what he did and ask how to remove it, secondly contact your local Consumer Protection Agency.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove the anti-virus program. There are enough good free antivirus (AVG etc.) that she can get very good protection. There are also a few registry and setup settings that will protect her computer from prying eyes.
