Our registry cleaner, RegVac Registry Cleaner (
http://superwin.com/regvac.htm), has an OpenWith Editor in the Expert Zone. It can undo associations. It will list them all, select the extensions that you do not want to be OpenWith-ed and click on the Undo Association button. Hopefully, that will fix your problem. You can use the Trial version if you have not purchased it.
If you want another program to be associated with those file types, running that program, may fix that.
