Sry bout this being a long question but in outlook 2007 I have mine and my wifes emails.I have bellsouth for my carrier and have a sprint aircard for internet.My email works fine but hers keeps coming up with asking for user name and password screen.I can click ok but the screen keeps coming up.incoming mail server is mail.bellsouth.net outgoing is smtp.sprintpcs.com.I have hers configured the same as mine but mine does fine.Hope this makes sense.Operating system is xp pro with all updates in place.She is also unable to send emails from her account

   Are you both on the same computer?
   I see two reasons why that could be happening.
   One is that she has the wrong name and password specified.
   Two is that there is a bad connection.  If she is on the same computer as you, this would probably not be the problem.
